Block A1 consists of multifamily residential apartments, retail, and a concrete podium comprised of two levels of below grade parking structure which spans all of Block A. Block A2 contains an Inova Healthplex. The Inova Healthplex is being designed and constructed by Inova. Block B is comprised of a multifamily residential apartment building, retail, and a concrete podium comprised of two levels of below grade parking.
